Shipping Terms

• Free Shipping in the Continental USA, please call for shipping quotes for Hawaii and Alaska
• Minimum order for free shipping of a sauna is $1000
• Shipping to Residential locations require the following:
  
• Customer (consignee) to determine if large trucks can reach their driveway and turn around
• Some remote areas/islands might have extra shipping charges
  o Please call if unsure to confirm
• Shipping of just accessories will have a $55.00 flat shipping fee
• Missing components or in transit damage claims must be made within 24 Hours of receipt of Delivery.
  

The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on). 

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Villa Furnish's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Trucking Company Responsibilities

1) Making an appointment to deliver your sauna

2) Delivering your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside

a. The trucking company is NOT going to back their truck into your driveway

b. Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18 wheel truck

i. Will this size truck fit on your road or neighborhood?

Customer Responsibilities

1) Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery

a. Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long

b. The crate’s weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna

2) When using a fork lift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and fork lift extensions are required.

ii. Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and have it delivered to your home

iii. Have a crew of helpers able to either take the sauna off the truck or unload the crate while on the truck until the crate can be lifted off the truck

3) If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact your dealer , so we can contact the shipper.

a. Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.”

Additional Shipping Charges:

Change of address charge:

1. Same city and freight terminal ($85.00)
2. Different city and different freight terminal ($150.00 and up)

Redelivery charge:

$95.00 for 2nd attempt

$150.00 for 3rd attempt

Storage charge:

$125.00 per day, after the 3rd day at the destination terminal.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.


Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All canceled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller
