14-Day Price Match Guarantee

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best sauna prices online.

We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) guidelines for all of our competitors. This means that everyone else selling the same product online is supposed to be selling it at the same price or higher. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us, please contact us and we will make sure they are not breaking the MAP policy. If they are not, we can match their price for you! In that case, we can send you a custom discount, or you could simply purchase and we will refund the price difference. The Price Match Guarantee is valid up to 14 days after your purchase date.

Our Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:

• Promotions such as rebates and "buy one, get one free" offers are not eligible.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
• The competitor must be an online store, i.e. they can not have a retail location.
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
