This Hukka Oil Diffuser is in the shape of Löylynhenki to encompass you in your favorite scent, bringing peace and relaxation to your soul. Place the diffuser on your sauna stones, add a few drops of oil, and breathe deeply as the high heat capacity of soapstone allows the scent to evaporate pleasantly throughout your bathing experience. You can also add some water to the diffuser so it gently boils to create a longer-lasting steam.

Returns Policy

Returns accepted for new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase.

Contact Customer Service at Contact@VillaFurnish.com to start the return process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

For returns due to damage, include pictures and note if damage was noted at delivery.

Sauna Super may cover return shipping for damaged items or errors.

For customer-initiated returns, no set restocking fee, but new boxing fees apply (~$20-$50).

Ship returns insured using the same method (Ground or LTL).

Refund issued after inspection, less any boxing fees.

Change of Address Policy

Change of Ship to Address

If the customer changes the ship to address prior to their order leaving the factory, we will change the address free of charge. However, if the customer changes the ship to address after their order leaves the factory there will be a $250 charge for this service.

Storage Charges

After your order has shipped and arrived at the local delivery terminal, if the customer does not respond quickly to calls to arrange a delivery appointment, needs to determine how to unload the crate, needs to provide an alternate phone number or any other reason which creates a delay to the delivery of the sauna and the trucking company starts to charge storage fees, these storage fees will be added.
